Leveraging knowledge from right across the business, he solves technical issues before they escalate into service impacting incidents. Additionally, Srikanth brings experience gained from working in technical support at HP and training CCIE students. He also used to reduce many a batsman to jelly in his fearsome fast-bowling cricket days.
