As part of an ongoing commitment to offer customers the best technical and business support, Creative has advanced its technical practice capabilities to meet the requirements of VMware’s highest accreditation.
Creative have achieved the VMware Digital Workspace Master Competency – only awarded to partners with the deepest understanding and proven experience of End User Computing (EUC) through its Horizon and Workspace ONE products.
As a replacement for VMware’s Desktop & Mobility (DTM) accreditation, the new Digital Workspace (known as DW) MSC demonstrates and underlines Creative’s expertise to design, deliver and support the ongoing management of customer apps, data and virtual desktop solutions whether on-premise or cloud delivered.
Rob Smith, chief technology officer at Creative ITC, said “We pride ourselves on attracting and retaining the most knowledgeable and highly-skilled engineers. The latest VMware certifications mean Creative is even better placed to help customers realise the full power of their cloud investments and achieve business objectives sooner; this can be by developing financially coherent cloud roadmaps, simplifying adoption, minimising disruption or improving performance of apps, data and virtual desktops.”
This achievement builds strongly on existing VMware solution competencies across cloud, business continuity, management operations and virtual server, desktop and networking placing Creative among only a handful of partners worldwide with advanced technical certifications and end-customer validated proof of high-level service capability.
